Got the dates up for the wonderful tour I’m doing next month with Kim Barlow and Christine fellows. We’re arranging our songs together for a really nice night, strings, pianos, banjos etc. Also posted some UK dates, and stay tuned for Australian/Tasmanian dates next winter.

oh and I had my first ever Sauna (sawoona) bath on the weekend at Kate Maki’s during the Northern Lights fest in Sudbury. Had a really magical time there wobbling towards the lake with Kate and Nathan Lawr and the Great Lake Swimmers. Thanks Kate and Nate!

Wow thanks for the great shows in Ontario and Quebec everyone who came. Thanks also to Lake of Stew from Montreal for their wonderful album. I can’t let it go! I sing and sing and sing along, it may be partly the spring. I recommend going to see them when they’re out here in Nova Scotia in July. Also my CD has been number one on Earshot Folk Roots Charts for 7 weeks.

I have a house concert this weekend in Wolfville (Saturday) and have updated my shows page to be a bit clearer. Still pulling this site together a bit. Hope to see you in Ontario over the next couple weeks. I have some nice and exciting shows coming up.

Come celebrate the launch of my new CD Proof of Love this Saturday in Halifax. The show is at St. George’s Round Church on Brunswick St. Show starts at 8pm and tickets are 15 dollars in advance, 20 at the door, it’s beautiful in there and sounds spectacular
